I got to say your wrong.
I spelt it out for you 600,000 for drilling. Not for drilling accommodation equipment supplied to a shore that has no wharf or runway. To get 600k drilling done how much is that going to cost.
I live in Perth. I want to drill the other side of the black stump, call it 400km north of Laverton. The company wants 600k of drilling done, 'guessing' 20x holes at 150metres. But what is the cost for equipment hire, you know drill rig, service truck, caravan, food, water, oils, lubricants, graders or front end loader to make a road etc etc. All this is going to be 600k onto of drill rig run time, assay, clean up etc etc
