I see this going 2 ways

1. announcements are made before the end of month and everyone will be trying to get in on the offer- minimal portions to everyone at .8
2. no announcements and not as many going for it, you get close to what you want in the offer

I think you need to make a decision very soon. Will those announcements come before the end of month and are positive announcements. Then get in now at .9

if you don’t think that’ll happen, wait and try and get your .8 quota.

It’s always a gamble but I’m leaning towards getting what I would be allocated in the SPP at .9 before the announcements (They’ve been very active and trying to get things going quick so I think we’ll be getting positive information shortly) and before these prices aren’t available anymore.
