imo the market is not completely sold on antisense 2nd generation technology. some days the market loves isis and some days not. only one antisense drug approved doesn't help. imo the single strand rna of antisense compounds appears to have fewer adverse events as far as in trials vs. RNAi compounds and mab compounds. anp does have two very promising compounds imo. time will tell if a big pharma thinks so too and partners with one of anp's compounds.
