itsa, It appears to me that the single stranded rna of antisense is able in some cases to be delivered at higher doses with fewer adverse events than double stranded RNAi compounds and MAB compounds. this does not always appear to be the case but appears to be the case a large % of the time. 1103 appears to one of these compounds that falls into this category. which has me excited because somavert definitely is limited by adverse events.
