Funny, but people have been saying things like manipulation and accumulation for over two years and still it happens, whatever it really is. If it's accumulation then you'd reckon someone owns half the company by now! It's just as likely a case of a company with a large component of relatively small retail holders who live in fear. If (sorry, when) we get environmental approval they should start to be replaced by fewer but more serious investors who come in looking to make some substantial profits longer term I should think.
