Yes, this raise is for further drilling to explore, extend, and prove resources.
Yes, if and when it's time to dig a commercial scale hole and pull and process the ore from it, more capital will need to be raised. There may even be a need for more capital raised before then for further drilling and other operations too. That money could come from any number of sources: private placements, SPP to existing retail holders, and various forms of debt - bonds, loans etc.
