What concerns me most is that the SPP only deals with over-subscriptions; AS IF!
What I would like to know is what plan B will be if they can't get 130 odd shareholders to put up 15k each - are they going to pass the hat around the boardroom table to make up the difference?
Who will put their hard earned into the SPP unless there is a commitment by the Directors to cover any shortfall? Not me!!!
