About not having to wait that long.... That was actually in reference to how long I would have to wait to get the remainder of my order filled. I understand that there is not much on the horizon but I will take this opportunity to build a position sub One cent.
I will be interested however to see what happens from here on out with the SPP. Is it possible you think that the inevitable shortfall would be placed at a reduced Price with sophisticated investors?
