cgt had its share prices 5-10% constantly below the spp (0.1), and yet managed to complete the retail offer successfully. I think they were successful because 1) share prices only 5-10% below the spp; 2) the trading volume has been so low that investors wanting to take sizeable positions have no choice but going through sp. I am watching closely to see whether goa can be successful this time.
