You're forgetting that Chalice is also a big nickel player and Gonneville is a small and contained pit shell near existing infrastructure and easily mineable. All those factors make it far more attractive than Parks Reef. The risk reward here is attractive though. As a former holder, I'll be on the sidelines abit longer before re entering.
