    it’d be great to see an updated plan for this spend, it’s 30% below expected so priorities may need to change.

    makes for an interesting future CR, looks like existing shareholders tapped out, so now it’s time to tap into the big investors.

    keen to see if POD can access any of the $2billion budgeted by the federal gov.
