When companies do cap raisers with sophs, retail investors complain "why not us loyal holders!?!?". When they do one for retail investors....they are buttering us up. Go figure.

Sophs are always going to be easier and better to get large amounts of funds and also new money. When you buy a house you go to a bank, not all your friends and family. It makes sense that the companies have to entice the deeper pockets with larger discounts. Which is fair enough if you ask me.
