    IMO if you dont already hold I would not worry about going into the SPP.

    I would just buy on market at what you are comfortable paying.

    The last stock I was involved in that had an SPP, people sold to buy SPP thinking they could get in cheaper than they sold. They were significantly scaled back, had their funds tied up for a long time waiting for a refund and had to buy back on market at a much higher SP.

    It is a small SPP I would just buy on market at what you are comfortable with.

    0.052 is only slightly more than the SPP which has no guarantee of allocation.

    This is all IMO and based on one SPP that I have been involved with and based on my short time in the market so dont take my words as gospel.

    In my exmaple I didnt sell (and the SP did not go down to the level of the SPP) what I had but tied up funds for a few weeks only to get scaled back to the point that it really wasnt worth participating. Again, only one example with my limited time in the market so do what you are comfortable with.
