Nice. Was hoping they would do this, given the SP discount to NTA (I bought in at) has now recovered. $3.13 price (or lower if the SP slips in the next few weeks) is close to NTA ($3.11 at Dec), so likely will invest.
Seem to be targeting $40m (out of max $152m) so wonder how over-subscribed they'll be and eventuating scale back.
