There are a lot of very average CEO's who sat on very good Aussie bio-tech products and got complacent and tardy in the falling interest rate environment where they didn't have to work hard for cash to be thrown their way on the merit of technology and are now facing very quickly falling generously self awarded (and stupidly condoned by shareholders) share awards. This was a p*ss poorly designed and timed capital raising at the usual exorbitant Australian costs (US raises often 2%).
