That's pretty much it. 15 treated and 15 (placebo or standard of care) is a pretty small sample. If it looks good after the results are out then that's promising for a bigger dataset to be generated with a phase 2. So the upside then is - great so far - but we want you to show us more. The downside is - that's not so great if it isn't.
We've only seen 1 treatment and 1 control and been told there are two more of each.
But looking at the one and one we have seen one is an amputated toe photo and the other is an shin photo - (that is only an anecdote - and its not an apple with an apple its a end of foot versus shin) and in my opinion there will never be a big pharma partner that is stupid like a retail shareholder can be stupid - they will always want real derisking. And to see real statistics. In my opinion.
