Well - clearly they are trying to get a message across to us.
It is 1 of 2 things.
1) Something in the ann and presentation to be read between the lines, so sit down and shut-up (we're talking to you yolo)
2) Trying to suggest there is something to be read between the lines when there is not (we're hoping to placate you yolo)

They are literally saying READ THE ANNOUNCEMENT - they have the best performing cells with regards to speed and endurance to date.

For the less intelligent, it means they have never produced cells with speed or endurance at this level.

Sure, they are missing actual metrics and this is why the share price lingers, but I am sure they are aware of this as they have constantly stated when they actually walk the walk, the share price will follow.
