I called Computershare this morning - they were very helpful. The customer service rep said you just need to have submitted the bpay by 5pm today
She also told me I could make multiple bpay transfers to the same reference number and the payments will accumulate to $30k cap
(I had to bpay $20k and $10k from two different accounts to get the full $30k)
