1.. The Board will not allocate New Shares to any Eligible Shareholders to the extent that the allocation will result in that Eligible Shareholder acquiring a holding of more than 19.99% in the Company, or otherwise result in a breach of the Corporations Act,
( I would be happy if someone has 19.98% )
2. I don't believe it is "The World's best Iron Product". That now could be our neighbour.
