should be fine if they are under different HINs and the account holders are Mr and Mrs. I think its more to avoid the single Mr cutting cheques from their super account, trading account, investment account, trust account to score a solid 120k worth with attaching oppies.

From VRX's perspective there is risk that someone may wade in and find themselves quite easily on the top 20 with a little too much influence.

I don't much care about the retail side of things though... we get what we get. I'm more interesting in the outcome of the soph raise. over subscribed or not, 1 buyer or a lot.... I know these guys get more "access" to bruce who may be a little more open with how things are actually shaping up... so their participation for me will serve as a bellweather.
