if they were that close to a telstra order and had visibility that it would arrive in the next month, it would have seemed prudent to have waited for the capital raise until after that announcement

I suspect they have had the intention to raise money for some time, and waited for that supply agreement with telstra on the expectation that it would get them into the 20s......but that went off the rails and they were left to raise off the base price that is has been for the last 4-5 mths.

look we can all hope, and perhaps there is something there given how confident the CEO was on that call with ***, but the facts on paper are PBT negative, cashflow negative for the last 5 out of 6 halves....so show the market something different and perhaps they may be supportive.
