you can buy on market now at whatever the price is or you can elect to take up the SPP at 13c (that is fixed so does not matter if a deal is announced and price jumps to 20c or if there is negative news and price falls to 10c......the SPP price is 13c).
The only issue with the SPP is that you may not get the full allocation (up to $30k) you ask for as the board has discretion to close early
However, reading this is a bit more detail and it goes to show what an absolute train wreck this board is......minimum amount that can be applied for is $10k or ~76k shares.......looking at the annual report last year and out of ~3500 shareholders, only 235 had more than 100k shares. That means they are likely to have knocked out more than 90% of retail shareholders unless those holders are willing to take a bigger stake than they currently own.
David Cronin and this board need to go.....they really don't understand their shareholders and nor do they seem to care about the bulk of them.
