I believe the board didn’t care about small SHs when they put up SPP. They preferred institutional investors/ sophisticated investors. Keeping at 1m cap for SPP and minimum of 10k are highly unusual. That’s why I suspected there were something happening soon and the SPP would close earlier so they could sort up the market interest and push SP higher. Anyway, this is full speculation but I am happy for the long run. So I would take up now.
