Definitely and grossly unfair to Au share holders. It also sets a very unwise precident. What will the CBL BoD do in coming years when the sheer size of the company will mean that future CR will have to include AU share holders?
Very dumb short term. Since one of the key strengths of the current CBL Board was there ability to think through and carefully develop a long term strategic plan?
