Im just putting it out there...
Is it possible the share price was kept below 0.025 in order to ensure that minimal shares are issued to market? Hence, any existing investor wanting to take up the SPP is then pursuaded to just purchase on market as opposed to take up the offer? This in turn will allow the balance of the shares of the SPP to sit in the TAW coppers for a later date.
My thoughts BTW....
