I'm confused - is the SPP being increased or scaled back? Will they refund the the over-subscribed ~2M to people who holders who didn't make the cut?
Given the overwhelming demand from existing shareholders, the Companyresolved to increase the size of the SPP and to scale back on a best aspossible equal basis across all eligible shareholder applicants.
In light of the above raised amount and demand, the company howeverfound it necessary to scale back a portion of the SPP...
