Based on comments in news release today it states....Excess application monies will be returned to successful applicants, and any applications received from today will be returned in full to applicants. Which if you subscribed and put in your application today 19th August it will be returned to you and your money will be paid in full which means you missed out also. I certainly did as I was going to wait to a few days before 7th September to put my application in? So I have missed out altogether. Still think these GML shares are super cheap so will just buy on the market asap before any further news hits the pages.
