Having been in since 2008 and well overweight decided not to partake. But it always bugs me when companies talk about "sophisticated investors". I'm not Warren Bell and most would say totally unsophisticated but does that mean I only deserve a small slice of the sav? MCR is only one of several companies I'm in that I feel haven't given smaller/loyal holders a fair crack when raising funds.
