Well, as expected very heavily oversubscribed. Those who sold out immediately after the acquisition announcement into 0.6-0.7c feeling good about an instant 20-40% gain expecting to get it back through the cr will probably kick themselves now. What it means is that we won't be expecting dumping pressures once those shares hit the market. It also depends on how much potential the market perceive this killer app to be. A lot of times the sp travels back to the cr price but I think this one will be one of the exceptions - a very small cr that is heavily oversubscribed. NOR announced cr at 2c(recompliance cr), the sp travelled from 1c to 3c+ and never looked back.
