    That's what I thought too... until I re-read the statement and it literally says:

    "Applications for $15,000 from shareholders each holding less than 300 shares with a market value of less than $15 will be refunded in full."

    Talk about confusing. Surely they mean ALL applications, not just the $15,000 ones?
