Depends what you mean by "near". The CR has been swallowed by the market with barely a blip - which surprised me and bodes well. You might get some now at 5.0c but not for long! Seems to me someone has been actively trying to keep the trading range under about 5.2c for a while and the SP is ready to break out of that range. If it does, the spike could be significant - my guess is back to the prices we saw prior to the release of the scoping study.
