The issue is not that the SP has dropped to .69 or even lower, it is how quickly it recovers. In almost all the SPP offers in which I have participated over the years, it is often the case that the price drops like this. That is why I almost never participate in these. Sometimes they start a move back up, sometimes they don't.
Before any down rampers condemn this stock to the wastebasket, let's wait and see. If it holds at .69 IMO would be a positive thing. And let's not lose sight of the fact that the whole market is down today, and we are going into Easter long weekend. Another thing I've noticed over the years is that these sort of days are often bargain days for buying into stocks, as a lot of people have already headed off on their break.
