By law they can only keep $15 million via SPP can not issue more shares and keep it all. There will be a scale back and people who put in 15k will likely get an ~8k refund.
August 2 I think is when shares are released, statements sent out on the 3rd so I would expect to see the shares pop up around the 3rd for people on platforms like Comsec
