I am with IG and I haven't received either the shares or the refund from the SPP; is this a normal state of affairs - it seems to me that this was all resolved for others on Thursday. Yes, I have complained, but stll waiting. I don't comprehend why this is not an automated process. I half expected the price to get a boost once the SPP had resolved itself.
