    with today's Appendix A notice we've actually gone to 282 million shares out standing. At current market price 0.19 company now has a market capitalization of $53,500,000. With the money from the capital raising and what was in the bank (guessing some $17-21million ) at least the immediate future (2 years) is secure. With the capital raising and recent FDA approval it's looking OK. So happy overall. Jet
