Why would anyone tie up $15,000 in a share offer that from all reports was going to be oversubscribed and cut back, especially when you could pick up the stock on market for on or about the same price. I'd think others chose this option rather than go through uncertainty. I don't think the low volume of actual shareholders taking up offer was a lack of support.
