Neither here nor there....The uncertainty over RT and the Vimson deal @ 20% discount is more likely reason as to why it wasn't filled.
Nobody knows how the Market or the Brown's will react after the voting on the RT resolution.
So far we're seeing what PB usually does in leading up to an AGM.... normal hype without any real binding.....as in the past the latest news could simply be brushed under the carpet and forgotten.
Vimson deal was a steal.
Clearly share holders aren't happy.
