I understand that.
I am not referring solely to the retail offer, but also to the Placement price. ie The price "determined by the broker" of 32 cents was, imo too low. It fell short of the potential price they could have achieved that I believe could have been at a Premium.
My guess is that there was many a "poker face" being used in the discussions on that day.
