Looks like mgt were trying to slip this through unnoticed. It will be interesting to see what happens now considering patersons isn't underwriting the spp. It's all speculation however some larger shareholders might have been putting price pressure on so that this wld occur and prevent an additional $2m of shares coming onto the registry.
