    The Closing Date for the SPP is 23 April 2012. The SPP is
    underwritten to $2,000,000 by Patersons Securities Limited.

    What was the "OUT" clause?

    Why did they go with Patersons? unless a deal was done in case they didn't get the first tranche filled...so in joint agreement ANP and Patto's are happy not to dilute at this cheap price..ALL GOOD,...my opinion only!
