Say a tier 1 gold co launched a TO for Rox for $50m which is a big premium. If successful the cost would be minus the cash Rox will have = about $35m to buy the company. Surely a bargain and good for shareholders with a low entry but leaving many of us underwater. Hopefully Hawkes Point, directors and a lot of retail holders would block it. But the scenario does show how cheap Rox is.
