I was just stating that the possibility of an extension to the SPP offer was clearly stated in the prospectus. As is the possibility of a scale back. It would appear atm that they must be undersubscribed given they have opted to extend which would indicate no scale back.
As to what the issue price will be, that will now be determined by the average VWAP from this Friday 15-Thursday 21 September, less 2.5%, assuming there is no further extension.
The average VWAP for the 4 days up till yesterday was running at .0606-2.5% so around .059 in round figures, which is as low as the on market price has been in recent time, so with the additional included options would have been a sweet deal assuming an appreciating share price going forward. As to what the price will do over the next week, if we knew that with any certainty, we would already be rich enough not to care.
As for hope, I am long, so have it, unlike the shorter's and manipulators who both thrive on and propagate fear. They will reap what they sow.
