I have phoned Automic and have been told that a return of funds is at the discretion of the board.
An email with all account and HIN details with my request is to be forwarded to Automic and they will forward it to the company and after due process will let me know the outcome.
Whilst I understand the right of IMU to extend, I think to announce this extension less than 24 hours before the closing bell is not OK.
Just my little feeling of injustice and I will get over it (hopefully).
It will be interesting to see if this extension achieves their goals or if enough shareholders vent by not participating
I might follow this through just to annoy them and say my piece
All that said, I am still a supporter of the company overall and hope we can put this behind us very soon
