1 - Stop lying to Shareholders.
2 - Stop with the hidden agendas and give SH's full transparency: Who are the current and past cash raise insto participants? Are they still holding IMU on their books or have they sold? Do they have short positions against IMU? Does Paul have a personal connection to them, past work colleagues, close friends?
3 - Do not create a loan on top of your share sales using IMU stock as security. Instead of doing the admirable thing to close the loan this year as terms suggested, you not only extend terms but INCREASE the loan amount! You sold 20 MILLION $ worth of stock, without 1 of your companies creating 1$ of revenue. How greedy can our CEO get? Yes yes, we should have sold, but many of us invested for the long term. Didn't realise this was a pump n dump trading company!
4 - What happened to the Hervax deal?
5 - Why is marketing and communications so abysmal with this company? Have you seen Leslie during long form podcast interviews? She is an amazing natural born speaker and can sell anything! Instead we get these 2 minute forced paid interviews where IMU set the questions and Leslie is coming off as amateurish, awkward and slightly embarrassing. Sorry but it's true - they are hard to watch.
6 - Stop paying for silly valuations to corporate shills, when they have been incorrect in their SP predictions for 3years straight. Nobody takes them seriously.
7 - Please for the love of god stop moving the Goal Posts. We get it, Azer Cell is a "game changer". So NOBODY in the US wanted this tech? We are made to believe that IMU swooped in when nobody was looking and scored an amazing company? If it's so great in the sense that we can have tech to sell to market in 3 years, why hasn't the market taken that into account? We went from a R&D company - no phase 3 trails, to now having a company with a revenue generating manufacturing facility and the market says - YAWN, HARD PASS!
8 - NASDAQ? Let's get the hell out of the ASX.
9 - Sell something! Get a deal. "Shah is on the phone morning till night with Big Pharma" Really guys? Nobody is believing anything this company says anymore, and that is a huge shame.
