Good luck but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that you may be told this eventuality was covered and explained in the prospectus. I am in for 30k too and would be disappointed to find out that my allocation is scaled back, but that too is another possibility that was covered.
As in any contract it is possible to argue a point but I think you'll find they have this sort of stuff well and truly at their discretion.
