I actually don’t think it would be a positive for him to go just yet as it might be irretrievable damage then. Reckon he needs to live with the company for at least another 12 months through the announcements and the outcome of the latest deal. I could be mistaken here but it’s been his baby with the connections built with LC and their continued involvement over many years now and is no doubt critical to people like Fong and Priceman to name but 2. If it doesn’t pick up in time it also means as disaffected holders we would be more able to bring actions against him and other directors if it got to that with lack of action or further carnage. Remember actions against directors can only really be brought against the history of their actions.
