I'm assuming their objective of securing capital outweighs current SP considerations, esp if they think it will go back up once dust settles ahead of CF33 hype in Nov.
Whether they take $30k from you at 6c or 5c, they're still getting their $30k fill and they just issue more or less shares. I get the sense that SOI means very little to IMU mgmt right now. As for getting their fill, if people were in at 6c VWAP, I'm guessing there'll be those that take it up closer to 5c regardless of how this SPP has been handled.
All in all, this SPP has been interesting to say the least. A lot of curveballs, a lot of disproven assumptions, and a whole lot of red.
