1. currently approved cart ts are very expensive which would make our oncartlytics expensive as well. Imu needed to do a deal with one of the current 6 holders of the cart t. Now these 6 BP will be chasing IMU for a deal and get in bed with the cart t program otherwise who is going to go the current expensive cart t when you can get a cheap, better, quicker off-the-shelf Azer cel?
2. FDA fast-to-market ticket is very likely for our Azer cel.
