Hmmm lets sell anp just before they ann a partnering deal so we miss out on a meteoric rise, even ignoring the fact you have all been told there are 12 interested pharma with a number now under confidentiality agreements.
Who would like to explain the difference between a confidentiality agreement and due diligence....save you all the trouble.... there is none.
Failing an out and out takeover Anp will do a deal imo - the results are there, the willingness is there and they have the interest.
