The underrighter wouldn't have faith in the company. I wouldn't if revenue in September quarter was over 5m, and in the corresponding quarter the company could only collect 2.8m in cash. What's happened to the remaining money, why wasn't it paid, bad debt problems, faulty workmanship, warranty issue, trading terms more than 90 days, what? no explanation in the quarterly. Strange, hence people lose faith
